Short-term Observerships

What is Short-Term Observership in BVU:

We provide incredible opportunities for medical students from around the world to engage in short-term observerships at BVU Hospitals. Shadowing BVU Hospital physicians during your undergraduate studies is a unique and valuable privilege for medical students.

Each observer is paired with a supervisor who serves as a mentor throughout the program. This supervisor collaborates with the observer to customize the experience, ensuring that visitors extract the utmost from this distinctive opportunity. Our program allows medical students at BVU Hospital to shadow physicians or other healthcare professionals (e.g., dentists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical/occupational/speech therapists) at BVU Hospitals.
